We would like to thank-you for giving us, Affordable Travel of Orlando, the opportunity to gain your business. We understand that you have many choices on your vacation to Orlando, and we strive for 100% satisfaction. Once a reservation is made, we will charge your credit card a $50 refundable deposit per room, and the remaining balance for the hotel rooms will be charged off 10 days prior to your arrival. The theme park tickets which you ordered will be charged off 15 days prior to your arrival. The tickets will be waiting for you at the hotel upon your checkin. If you would like to have them delivered to you by Federal Express to the address we have on file please call 877-939-7225. As to comply with our agreement with The Walt Disney World Company, Universal Studios, and SeaWorld, once the tickets have been charged off we cannot cancel nor refund any monies on the attraction tickets. If you are ordering tickets within the 15 days of your arrival you will be charged at the time you request the order to be processed. Please keep in mind since we Federal Express to mail the tickets to you we cannot safely fulfill orders made within 2 days of your arrival.
